Secondly, like the EOS R5 Mark II, this camera is designed around the power delivery of the new LP-E6P battery. While older LP-E6NH batteries may physically fit into the camera, they will likely restrict you from accessing the highest-end video modes and fastest continuous shooting speeds. It is highly recommended to only use genuine Canon LP-E6P batteries to unlock the camera's full potential.

Finally, while the 32.5MP sensor is a massive upgrade in resolution and features an incredibly fast readout speed (~13.5ms), it is not a stacked sensor. If you shoot extremely fast, erratic sports using the 40fps electronic shutter, you may still notice minor rolling shutter distortion on fast-moving subjects (like golf clubs or baseball bats).
