At Camera Exchange, we want you to be completely satisfied with your gear, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy on most new and pre-owned equipment. All returned items must be in their original condition, including all packaging, manuals, and accessories.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account and select the order you wish to return, or contact our support team to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Your Gear

  Carefully package the item in its original box with all protective materials to ensure it is not damaged during transit back to our facility.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring you keep a copy of the tracking number.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the equipment's condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 3-5 business days.
