Kodak Retina III C Camera AS-IS

This is a Kodak Retina III C Camera being sold AS-IS. No returns.  There are light scratches on the front element.  The blades are oily, and there is light dust.  The shutter is slow. The ASA/DIN dial is loose and wobbling. The meter is active but we aren't sure if it is accurate. The item pictured is the actual item being sold.
