This is a Mamiya RZ67 PRO II D Digital Back Adapter.  It takes any Mamiya or Phase One AF Digital Back and allows you to mount on a Mamiya RZ67 Pro IID without using any cords.  This is the HX701 Adapter.  This adapter is in MINT CONDITION and comes in the original box with the instruction booklet.
