You're looking at a Mamiya RB67 180MM F4.5 Telephoto Lens.

This lens is in excellent condition and shows normal wear for a lens of this age.  This switch for x and m was taken off so as not to move it by accident.   It has no haze, no fungus, and no separation.  Comes with both the front and rear caps as well as the lens hood.
