This is a Mamiya RZ67 37MM F4.5 W Fisheye Lens.

 

This lens is in Pristine Condition and looks beautiful. No haze, no fungus, and no dings.  There is separation in the middle element, but it does not show up on the images.  NEEDED TO MENTION.  Comes complete with both front and rear caps as well as the case.  Because of the separation, NO RETURNS.
